CAROLINE GIMENEZ-KAUSHIK
Caroline is a litigator with experience in complex business disputes at both the trial and appellate level. She began her career clerking for the Honorable Kaye G. Hearn at the South Carolina Supreme Court and spent four years clerking for the Honorable Timothy M. Cain, United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina. Her practice focuses on contractual disputes and business torts, as well as corporate governance issues, shareholder disputes, and derivative actions. She also has experience handling employment and insurance coverage disputes.
